Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Experience as a Tech Lead Java Developer
- Experience with:
- Core Java
- writing services/microservices
- structured data
- data pipline
- strong SQL skills
- data modelers - object model for data distribution
- You should be an active programmer, not just the leader/manager
- Fluent Engilsih skills
Additional advantages:

Responsibilities:
- Lead to face to client - you have to be technical and hands on and at the same time able to managed and coordinate the team of java developers
- As a Tech Lead when you received with a concept of solution or architecture you will not only deliver but you will provide valuable insight, comments, proposed changes etc
- As for the project, it consists of preparing a unified view of customer data based on data kept in various departments (divisions)
