We are searching for an IT Application Administrator/Analyst who will administrate and support applications used in the organization within 6 markets for 400 users.

- Remuneration: up to 8 000 PLN/gross/month (depending on candidate's experience)

Project scope:
- Support and administration of applications implemented in company: escalating issues in agrees SLA to 3rd party vendors and applying changes according to business requirements
- Monitoring local applications in terms of performance and health checks
- Work closely with business and IT team in order to fulfill business requirements
- Coordinate activities of application vendors in order to ensure high performance and continuous work of applications that are supporting business processes
- Manage escalations reported by the internal customers
- Users daily support
Requirements:
- Experience in applications administration or support
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst or Application Administrator, gathering requirements and defining IT solutions within projects
- Knowledge about writing Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios is a plus
- Strong analytical, documentation and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
- Experience in providing remote support to users, diagnose problems, and recommend or implement solutions
