Currently we are looking for IT Administrators and Service Desk Agents with French and IT knowledge of operating systems management who will be able to expand knowledge in dedicated client's environment. During typical working day you will be performing typical activities like incident management, service request management and change management.

Project scope:
- Administration of Windows and/or Linux servers
- Performing changes and tasks according to standardized as well as non-standardized operating procedures
- Handling incidents and major incidents according to agreed SLAs
- Troubleshooting
- Support for Patch Management
- Handling problems related to applications performance
- Execution of tests in the pre-production environment after the installation of fixes and patches
Competence demands:
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux servers
- Troubleshooting skills
- Incident, Service Request and Change Management experience
- Powershell scripting
- Knowledge of Jboss/Tomcat/Apache/Websphere or other middleware technologies would be a plus
- Knowledge of scheduling tools (TWS, Control-M etc.) would be a plus
- Good knowledge of verbal & written French (min. B2)
- intermediate knowledge of English (min. B1)
