Job description:
Partner Coordinator are the first, and closer, line of contact with our network of partners across the world. The goal is to develop and consolidate relationships with the market leaders of our industry. Leveraging these relationships, and with our industry leader, unique IT platform, we generate the environment which our market relies on do businesses efficiently and safely.
The successful candidate will manage 500 accounts, for which interpersonal skills as well as team player personality are fundamental. As we have customers from all over the world, we need to cover many time zones, the job requires, 1 day a week, shift work.
Requirements:
Ideal Candidate will be dedicated, hard working and quick thinkers. Full training provided, however its taken into consideration a positive track record dealing with people in the past is plus for us. The candidate has to be proficient in English but additional languages are highly value.
Empathy and strong communication skills are most important as it will be needed to engage with people from different countries, ages and cultures while enjoying it. The job requires to memorize and remember names of companies and contacts, therefore we are looking for people with an agile mind.
