This is a full time office-based position. CRA Manager - online recruitment
Your tasks will include:
- conducting CRA monitoring performance assessments (e.g., co-monitoring) and/or other training as warranted
- treatment allocation
- risk management
- cooperating with several departments across multiple countries
- building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
You are perfect for this position if:
- you have at least 1 year of experience supervising or leading a CRA team
- you have extensive operational experience in clinical trials (planning and execution)
- your English is very goodl (B2)
- you are familiar with local regulations, SOP, and GCP standards
- you have a Life Science degree (MSc.)
- you have worked with several therapeutic areas in an international environment
