Our client is an international, prestigious, company located in Warsaw. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join them as the HR Manager .
We are looking for a talented HR Manager to lead all aspects related to recruiting, screening, interviewing, welcoming employees in new Polish office as well as to develop and manage a talent management/staff retention program, payroll, employee benefits, and job training.
The successful candidate will report to the CEO and will be primarily responsible for developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the company's overall development plans, overall responsibility of manpower planning& recruitment, developing on-boarding, working out the compensation plans and polices jointly with line managers, developing & implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating with other line managers, manage payroll processing functions involving computation of salaries, attendance, fixed/variable entitlements and help accounts department to file income tax and other statutory returns.
We are looking for Candidates with 5+ years of experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Mobility and HR Operations within Poland, ideally coupled with experience from a large international company.
