For our Client, an international company, we are currently looking for:
Customer Service Assistant with Turkish (2 months project)
In this position, you will be responsible for providing quality service and supportto the company’s Clients. Main duties will include support CS team for Turkey, managing incoming calls and customer service inquires, cooperation via email, identifying situations requiring urgent attention and resolving these problems.
To be successful in this role you should possess first experience in Customer Service area. Apart from that, we are looking for person with strong communication skills, proactive attitude and able to work with respect to the details. Potential start date: July 2020
Very good command of spoken and written Turkish and English is required.
