Senior Recruitment Consultant (IT)

Modis, an Adecco Group company, is a global leader in IT and engineering outsourcing services. Due to our strategic plans of expansion in Poland and plans of opening of an ITO global center, we are looking for ambitious experienced IT recruiters to join our team.
You will become part of newly established team which task is to secure volume recruitment for newly established ITO global center, as well as to recruit IT specialists for Modis clients both in outsourcing and permanent placement business model.

Whom we are looking for:
- 3+ years experience in the IT area (software development positions preferred)- both agency or internal.
- Very good English language skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proactive attitude, self-starter
- Good knowledge of IT technologies (on technical recruiter’s level)
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
