System Support Analyst

For our client, fast growing start-up, offering FinTech services on European market, we are searching for: System Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and debugging modern logs
  • Solving moderately complex application related problems
  • Cooperation with Client's support team

Requirements:

  • Experience on similar position
  • Strong understanding and experience working with API (REST/JSON) and tools Postman, APIMetrics, swagger
  • Good SQL skills
  • Docker, Kubernetes skills/experience are more than welcome
  • Experience working with Attlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and clearly explain technical concepts
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve bugs
  • Proficiency in English to be able to work with customers
  • Readiness to work independently on shift pattern 24/7
