Cloud Deployment Engineer

We are currently looking for candidates for the position: Cloud Deployment Engineer
- Provide world-class post-sales deployment services to new and existing enterprise and service provider customers
- Design network and systems configuration to enable customers to use cloud technologies
- Take part in various phases of deployments, including design, testing, troubleshooting, and advising on configuration of networks and systems, assisting in initial stages of a production rollout
- Work with customer’s network and security teams to collect information regarding the environment, provide design and advise on how to implement the cloud ervice solution to meet customer’s requirements
- Cooperate with various internal teams: pre-sales, support, engineering, product management
- Interact directly with customers’ and partners’ network, desktop, security and project teams using a variety of channels (phone, email, remote session) throughout the duration of the deployment project (several months)
- Strong verbal and written communication English skills
- Experience working as Support Engineer or deployment engineer supporting networking or web security products
- Knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise network infrastructure
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP
- Understanding of the following topics: VPN technologies (site-to-site, client VPN, IPsec/GRE), HTTP/SSL, DNS
- Working knowledge of one of the following technologies:
- Windows Server (AD, GPO, LDAP), or
- Authentication (IWA/NTLM/Kerberos, SAML, Digest), or
- IDP (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft ADFS, Okta
- Nice to have:
- Linux experience
- Virtualization experience
