Cloud Deployment Engineer

For over a dozen years, we have been helping our clients in providing highly qualified specialist staff, thanks to which they can work and grow and we accompany them as a reliable partner.

We are currently looking for candidates for the position: Cloud Deployment Engineer


Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class post-sales deployment services to new and existing enterprise and service provider customers
  • Design network and systems configuration to enable customers to use cloud technologies
  • Take part in various phases of deployments, including design, testing, troubleshooting, and advising on configuration of networks and systems, assisting in initial stages of a production rollout
  • Work with customer’s network and security teams to collect information regarding the environment, provide design and advise on how to implement the cloud ervice solution to meet customer’s requirements
  • Cooperate with various internal teams: pre-sales, support, engineering, product management
  • Interact directly with customers’ and partners’ network, desktop, security and project teams using a variety of channels (phone, email, remote session) throughout the duration of the deployment project (several months)

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication English skills
  • Experience working as Support Engineer or deployment engineer supporting networking or web security products
  • Knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise network infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Understanding of the following topics: VPN technologies (site-to-site, client VPN, IPsec/GRE), HTTP/SSL, DNS
  • Working knowledge of one of the following technologies:
    • Windows Server (AD, GPO, LDAP), or
    • Authentication (IWA/NTLM/Kerberos, SAML, Digest), or
    • IDP (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft ADFS, Okta
  • Nice to have:
    • Linux experience
    • Virtualization experience
