Business Analyst - Junior Consultant

(Global Mobility Technology Team)

Summary: Assisting the implementation projects of new clients, as well as supporting, administration and maintenance of existing clients. Provide assistance in troubleshooting, replication of application issues, and testing system upgrades.


Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of companies' international mobility policies and processes
  • Analysis of expatriate compensation package calculations
  • Configure a system to best meet the requirements of Mercer clients
  • Provide support to the on-going software implementation projects (participation in several implementation projects at a time) and/or supporting already implemented clients
  • Create project deliverables such as user manuals and business documentation such as workshop/webinar meeting notes
  • Participate in regular client calls and project start/end workshops
  • Provide user training on a system configuration and usage
  • Support Consultants in the delivery of information in non-standard format e.g. proposal/offers.

Requirements:

  • already a similar experience - this would be a strong asset
  • very good English (any other language: German, French, etc.  is a plus)
  • very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • analytical skills and a logical approach
  • attention to detail
  • project management skills
  • customer service orientation: ability to build relationships internally and with customers

What makes the IDEAL candidate - but not required:

  • knowledge of VBA and SQL is an asset
  • HR, C&B or international mobility background
