Business Analyst - Junior Consultant
(Global Mobility Technology Team)
Summary: Assisting the implementation projects of new clients, as well as supporting, administration and maintenance of existing clients. Provide assistance in troubleshooting, replication of application issues, and testing system upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of companies' international mobility policies and processes
- Analysis of expatriate compensation package calculations
- Configure a system to best meet the requirements of Mercer clients
- Provide support to the on-going software implementation projects (participation in several implementation projects at a time) and/or supporting already implemented clients
- Create project deliverables such as user manuals and business documentation such as workshop/webinar meeting notes
- Participate in regular client calls and project start/end workshops
- Provide user training on a system configuration and usage
- Support Consultants in the delivery of information in non-standard format e.g. proposal/offers.
Requirements:
- already a similar experience - this would be a strong asset
- very good English (any other language: German, French, etc. is a plus)
- very good knowledge of MS Excel
- analytical skills and a logical approach
- attention to detail
- project management skills
- customer service orientation: ability to build relationships internally and with customers
What makes the IDEAL candidate - but not required:
- knowledge of VBA and SQL is an asset
- HR, C&B or international mobility background
