We are searching for an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of: Global Lead Process Engineer, Advanced Engineering
While working with us, you will:
- Participate in production technology and automation development
- Coordinate automation development globally within PKC Group
- Participate in team’s projects in alignment with Key Performance Metrics
- Research and assess the automation technologies and competencies that are needed to automate the processes
- Support global and regional engineering competence development primarily in the scope of automation
- Develop and standardize PKC engineering processes
- Create technical specifications of equipment to be developed
- Perform test of new technology and equipment in production
- Create future manufacturing standards
- Support to develop standard of Electrical Test System
- Support High Voltage implementation within PKC Group
What do we expect:
- Do you have technical education (BSc, MSc or equivalent)?
- Do you have 3 - 5 years of experience in engineering in international environment with manufacturing profile (wiring harness products, production, methods and operations)?
- Are you experienced in production automation implementation?
- Do you have experience with Lean projects and methodology?
- Have you ever coordinated projects in R&D?
- Do you have experience in creating algorithm for software?
- Do you have excellent knowledge of the products and production process?
- Do you have knowledge and experience in designing electronics?
- Are you able to create specifications and technically communicate with suppliers?
- Are you familiar with manufacturing quality standards and requirements?
- Do you have management, analytical, and presentation skills?
- Do you speak English fluently?
- Are you ready to work in our location in Starachowice plant?
