Technical Customer Service with English
Responsibilities:
* Answering telephone calls (in Polish and English)
* Answering questions regarding business cooperation
* Maintaining positive relations with Clients
* Cooperation with product helpline
* Monitoring of e-mail correspondence
* Handling of paper correspondence
Requirements:
* Fluent knowledge of Polish (native/C2)
* Very good knowledge of English language (B2/C1)
* Highly developed Customer Service skills
* Open minded and motivated for self-development
* Task and results oriented
* Very good communication skills
