Your next role
We are currently looking for Candidates for a position ofVisual Communication Coordinator CEE to be based in Warsaw office.Visual Communication Coordinator CEEwill be responsible for Brand consistency in B2C communication via visual communication - creation with external graphic designers of NLT, paper card mailings, brochures, flayers, internet banners, PoS materials regarding to short brief of commercial trade marketing department. Main responsibilities include planning steering & coordination of flows between commercial trade marketing, graphic designers and 5 countries in the region, propositions and steering of A/B visual tests of Direct marketing elements in cooperation with CRM manager, monitoring of best practices of visual supports and communication in the market, conducting tenders for graphic services & graphic budget steering. In this role You will work closely with graphic agencies and freelancers, as well as marketing teams in CEE countries.
What do you need to besuccessfulin this position?
We are looking for Candidates with first experience in similar positions (most preferably in Beauty/ Fashion brands). We are looking for talent for design, colour, style and strong interest in current design trends. Exceptional planning, organisation and time management skills are crucial. The perfect Candidate should be a true team player with good interpersonal & communication skills to lease with multiple stakeholders in English. Graphic background and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)will be appreciated, but not required.
