Accounts Payable Accountant with Dutch

Our Client is a leading company from legal services, that is constantly developing its shared service center based in city center of Warsaw. Currently we are looking for professional and experienced candidate, who is looking for a position in accounting department with possibility to growing up within accountancy.

Main tasks:

• Verifying and posting of invoices
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers in Dutch/ handling vendor issues and exeptions
• Performing intercompany payables process including reconciliation
• Cooperating with General Ledger department
• Supporting month end close activities
• Prepare payment runs
• Maintaining high quality standards and ensure compliance with country

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting department
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Communicative Dutch
• Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially of Excel)
• Very good communication skills
