- Providing phone and email suport for customers
- Ensuring excellent service standards
- Providing customers product and services information and resolving problems
- Efficiently solving customer requests
- Assisting with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
- Good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
- Fluency in Italian (B2 level)
- Customer and goal oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer suport is an asset, but not needed!
