Currently for our Client, leader in electronical components distribution, we are looking for a candidate ready to start their adventure as: Customer Service Representative with German
- Providing phone and email suport for customers
- Ensuring excellent service standards
- Providing customers product and services information and resolve problems
- Efficiently solving customer requests
- Assisting with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
- Fluency in German (B2 level)
- Good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
- A ’Can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer support experience will be an asset, but not needed
- Ability to work in international and multilingual environment
