SQL Server Database Architect/ Designer

Currently we are looking for SQL DB Architect/ Designer to join the international company, that provides consulting, development, customization and integration services around the its Point of Sale, Travel Agency Automation platforms and WebServices.
The main tasks on this position will be related to evaluation of existing architecture of connection, design and (re)shaping DB structure(s).

Responsibilities:

Overall database technical responsibilities, also encompassing the integration of add-on commercial database products suites
Lead discussions with internal Teams leadership explaining architecture options and recommendations
Mentor DBA team and providing required trainings for them as well as for end-users
Design sustainable and optimal database models to support business requirements
Advise customers on database management, integration and BI tools
Design, develop, test, secure, support and maintain a wide variety of next generation SQL databases
Close work with various teams for supporting and promoting products, features, and releases
Problem determination & debugging
Diagnostic and tuning strategy for demanding OLTP applications, including SQL optimization
Providing related documentation
Evaluation of new products and technologies
Project management and/or team core-member representation
Analysis of big data, optimized way(s) of handling and exposition further to QLIK Team

Requirements:

4+ years as an operational DBA in a MSSQL environment
Knowledge on MS Windows systems design and administration
Good knowledge of T-SQL language
Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude
Good spoken and written English (B2+)
