Junior Project Manager

Currently we help to extend Traffic Team for a global full-service digital marketing agency that thrives on creating work that brings people together. Company employs over 7,000 employees worldwide, with offices in Kansas City, London, New York, São Paulo, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney. The offices in Poland are located in Warsaw, Cracow and Rzeszow.
Now we are looking for a Junior Project Manager (Traffic Manager) who will support and coordinate production level of Development Team work.

Project information:

- Location: Cracow, Przemyslowa st.
- Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00
- Remuneration: 4000 - 6000 PLN nett + VAT (depends on experience)
- Contract type: B2B
- Assignment start: flexible
- Facilitate creative workflow planning with projects managers, account managers and department heads
- Daily interaction with project managers and the development team
- Execute established production schedules and manage daily creative projects
- Project lifecycle support by keeping the team both on track and highly motivated
- Gauge workload and stay consistently informed of all active and forecasted work
- Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with department leads to address and solve those issues
- Participating in traffic Team and development Team meeting
- Required documentation providing
- Min. 1+ years of experience on similar position in IT sphere (preferable related to web development)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep understanding of web development lifecycle
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Resourceful, adaptable and have a "can-do" positive attitude.
- Fluent English (both oral and written)
