Job specification:
* Performing advanced diagnosis on incidents, transition and transformation for new customers
* Acting as 2nd and 3rd line of support or similar unit
* Implementing non-standard changes to the environment
* Communicating and consulting with internal and external technical counterparts
* Management of system performance, capacity, service quality
* Participation in and execution of projects
* Managing and resolving incident, problem and change tickets -ability to analyze system logs, events and monitoring alerts
* Identifying & investigating repeated issues and work with Network and responsible support group -basic administration & troubleshooting of operating systems, custom applications and tools
* Designing and implementing network systems (senior positions)
* Supporting bid management with technical expertise (senior positions)
Requirements:
* 2-5 years working experience at a similar position
* Understanding of network concepts
* Ability to diagnose and locate network issues
* Very good command of English (B2)
* Ability to work well as a team member
* Methodical and disciplined approach to work
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to structure and draft technical documentation
* Good interpersonal skills
* Experience in working with customers
Nice to have:
* Experience with network appliances like: access points, switches, routers, load balancers, traffic optimizers, hardware technologies, operation systems
* Knowledge or experience in:
o Cisco, H3C, 3Com, HP, Nortel, Avaya, Brocade, Riverbed network solutions
o load balancing and WAN optimization solutions
o management network tools
* Certifications or equivalent knowledge : CCNET, CCNA, CCIE, RCSA (Riverbed), RCSP (Riverbed), F5-CA, F5-CTS
