For our client we are currently recruiting a position of Sourcing Manager to join the company’s team located near Warsaw.

Currently we are looking for an experienced and talented person for the position of Sourcing Manager responsible for managing the team to deliver rolling implementation, ensure purchase order placement to maintain continuity of supply and provide costs to support new customer bids with both existing and new customers at a global level.

As a part of start-up team you will be in charge of ensuring the procurement activities, cooperation with commercial, strategic commodity teams and operational logistics in order to processes implementation and optimisation.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience with work in purchasing/procurement/ area and experience with managing the people (at least 2 years in the leader or managerial position), excellent English skills and ability to negotiate with suppliers and reach the targets.
