ServiceNow Developer / Change Manager

For one of our clients - a company operating in the manufacturing industry, currently we are looking for

ServiceNow Developer with Change Management perspectives

Your key responsibilities:

  • Working with business + stakeholders to define and develop business supporting functionality
  • Engaged in system requirements, designing and implementing the functionality in ServiceNow
  • Take the architectural role to ensure alignment and fit in the ServiceNow setup and portfolio
  • Develop general functionality, e.g. dashboards, automation, service catalog, IT Service Portal
  • Work with process managers responsible for incident, request, change and knowledge in ServiceNow
  • Assist/train IT personnel and stakeholders on correct change process handling in ITSM system (ServiceNow)
  • Self-driven to ensure ServiceNow focus
  • Possibility to drive change management process - facilitating general IT changes
  • Assist and cooperate within other IT areas in Service Delivery, e.g. Process Management, Client Services, Application Services

Experience / Qualifications required:

  • 1+ years of ServiceNow developer experience
  • Good programming experience, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • General IT process knowledge and interest
  • Customer support mindset and appearance
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken fluency in English
