IT Service Desk Specialist
Location: Warsaw
You will:
* Provide IT resolution and incident management services
* Resolve and provide solutions to end-user
* Respond to issues and requests over the phone, via email or in person
* Work efficiently in a Team environment
Requirements:
* Excellent IT problem solving skills and knowledge of troubleshooting tools
* At least 2 years of experience on a similar position
* Very good knowledge of English
* Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
* Demonstrated telephone etiquette skills
