... to join SAP L2 Support Team and solve all SAP FI/CO related issues.

In Poland 10 plants are located, SSC and R&D Center
Work in international environment
Internal and external trainings, including language classes
Flexible working hours (start 8/9 am finish 4/5 pm)
Home office possible for 2 days per week

Key functions:

Daily functional support to SAP users in their region, deployment and enhancements of SAP functions
Working directly with SAP Business Users , SAP L1 and SAP L3 within support, problems analysis and enhancements
Lead and implement the SAP Functionalities requested
Ensure Retrofit activities in the region and delivers functional 2nd level support to end users
Collects and describes local requirements from sites (in term of Request for Change RFC), elaborating functional specifications and getting them validated
Provide support with VIM and SAP Concur

Requirements:

Working knowledge in SAP FI/CO area
SAP Key User position experience is a basic requirement
Good business knowledge in production industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to describe and conduct the problem
Good communication and expression skills in an international environment
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strongly focused on results delivering
Open for travels up to 50%, but travel will occur rather occasionally
Communicative English
