- Provide phone and email suport for customers
- Ensuring excellent service standards
- Provide to customers product and services information and resolve problems
- Efficiently solve customer requests
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
- Are fluent in Czech (B2 level)
- Have good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
- Have a "Can do" attitude
- Have excellent communication skills
- Customer support experience will be an asset
