Global HR Services Recruitment Specialist

Duties:

• execute HR services testing strategy during the different phases of testing,
• responsible for using testing tools ensuring quality standards are met,
• responsible for ensuring all data is appropriately protected and used in accordance with the data guidelines,
• managing the execution of testing scenarios and scripts and managing defects,
• user acceptance testing for end-users and operational readiness testing,
• support in successful transition of knowledge and understanding of testing outputs,
• responsible for co-ordinating on the timelines and specifications of releases and enhancements of products within the HR solution including SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow,
• creation of system training material.

Requirements:

• Experience in implementing and/or testing HR systems,
• proficient English,
• very good communication skills,
• proactive approach.
