Implementation Engineer
Location: Warsaw/West Railway Station
Term of cooperation: contract b2b
Length: long-term cooperation
Job summary: The overall purpose of the position is to support customers in the implementation of our clients product. Implementation Engineer provide best consultancy skills to customers in order to improve their business performance in the complex area of travel expenses management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice/consulting to customers for the implementation of our client product and activities between this solution and the customer’s ERP, with full autonomy and for the most complex cases
- Provide functional support and problem resolution within the implementation project
- Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems and root causes autonomously
- Recommends process, product and/or service improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external business challenges
- Propose & follow-up Internal processes improvement
Requirements:
- Product implementation experience is a MUST
- Ability to use the advanced Project Management tools
- Ability to test new functionalities (CR implementation validation) or fixes (PTR fix validation)
- Capacity to design, create, test and document new and amended programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards.
- Know XML, JavaScript, preferably Java
- Capacity to specify, refine, update and make available a formal approach to implement any IT system, in line with business requirements
- Fluent English knowledge
- Business-oriented and customer-centric approach,
