Recruitment and Employer Branding Coordinator

As an Employer Branding Expert, you will join the recruiting team in Warsaw and will coordinate Employer Branding activities.

  • Taking part in building and coordinating Employer Branding strategy
  • Coordinating Employer Branding activities in Poland and abroad
  • Managing social media: career tab, Facebook, Linkedin
  • Developing promotional materials, together with an international Employer Branding and Marketing Teams
  • Measuring the results of Employer Branding actions and managing the budget
  • Sourcing and attracting high potential candidates from various Universities in Europe
  • Ensuring the best candidate experience over the whole recruitment process
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, employer branding area, preferably in business-oriented, large organization
  • Fluent English and Polish, and university degree is a must
  • Creative person, acting hands-on
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
