Customer Care Specialist wtih French
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Online customer service (chat, e-mail)
Telephone customer service: Inbound and outbound calls
Customer use monitoring, customer development (training schemes, promoting additional services)
Collaboration with the company's all other departments and foreign branches
CMS system administration
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Support must be provided in French- fluent knwoledge is a must
Good understanding of English is essential
Ability to achieve Key Performance Indicator targets
Must be a team player
Strong problem solving abilities and assertiveness
Previous Customer Service / Helpdesk experience is a plus
