Junior AP Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of specific accounting transactions using ERP system for Accounts Payable
- Review and submit invoices for approval
- Verify invoices with orders and receipts
- Investigate discrepancies and take action to resolve with buyers
- Analysis of accounting documentation
- Assistance in monthly closing
- Preparation of reports and analysis on direct supervisor requests
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in AP within SSC is an asset
- Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent in working experience
- Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B1 level) is essential for this role
- Extensive knowledge of SAP; advanced knowledge in Excel and Access desired
- Strong Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing background
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Driven individual with honesty & integrity
