Junior AP Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Providing a responsive, proactive client and customer focused End User Support service
• Processing efficiently AP incoming documents
• Resolving AP processing related issues
• Positing invoices and credit notes in financial system
• Supplier reconciliation
• Performing tasks agreed in SLA
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Reporting on weekly & monthly basis to the AP Supervisor

Ideal Candidates:

• Are educated to a degree level (in Accounting, Finance, Economics)
• Have experience in AP (considered an asset)
• Are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Have good analytical skills
• Are very good in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Are initiative, open minded and multitasking
• Are details oriented
• Are good team player
