Your next role
We are currently recruiting for a challenging position of Private Offer Manager CEE, to be based in the Warsaw office.Private Offer Manager CEE will be in charge for contact plan in 5 countries, taking care ofdeveloping and managing existing & new customer loyalty strategies,maximising loyalty program effectiveness (initiatives that drive lifetime value, and sales growth of clients, customer retention, acquisition, and reactivation), as well asdevelopment, execution, and management of ongoing campaign (including but not limited to direct mail marketing, email marketing, audience segmentation, A/B test planning, steering of ROI and other KPIs). Private Offer Manager CEEwill be responsible for managing and coaching a team of 2 Specialists,briefing to graphic designer about all supports of campaign (NLT, paper card mailing, brochure, flayers, welcome pack elements etc) and full budget management of the department.
What do you need to besuccessfulin this position?
We are looking for Candidates with managerial experience in CRM Marketing/ loyalty programs, with analytical state of mind, advanced in Excel, exceptional planning, organisation and time management skills and passionate about loyalty systems & data mining, interested in new insights and trends.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and very good English knowledge are necessary, knowledge of French would be an asset.
