Process Excellence Specialist with VBA and SQL

PANDORA, one of the world's largest jewelry brands, is currently looking for a Process Excellence Specialist with VBA and SQL for its Financial Shared Service Centre for EMEA Region in Warsaw, willing to support the success of this unique brand.

ROLE PURPOSE

• Provide professional support for effective design, implementation and maintenance of tools enabling process improvements in the area of finance and business processes.
• Support the organization in the realization of the company's vision and achieving strategic goals.
• Technical support for projects in finance and accounting area processes for the EMEA Shared Service Centre.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST AS A MEMBER OF PROCESS EXCELLENCE TEAM TO SUPPORT FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating new and maintaining current databases and applications (SQL, VBA, MS Access, QlikView).
• Preparing ad hoc and regular reports for the SSC and other stakeholders on BI tools.
• Developing tools enabling process improvements and providing technical support to all SSC employees.
• Defining and reporting KPIs.
• Providing additional support to the SSC management team as is necessary for the proper functioning of the SSC.

REQUIREMENTS

• Practical knowledge of Access, SQL and MS Office including Visual Basic for Applications.
• Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Quantitative Methods, Mathematics, IT or similar.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• 'Can-do' attitude and pro-active customer orientation.
• Analytical skills combined with the ability to develop insightful conclusions and generate solutions to address user needs.
• Knowledge of finance & accounting principles and knowledge of automated financial & accounting reporting systems would be a strong asset.
