HR & Payroll Specialist with English language

HR & Payroll Specialist with English languageMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Main tasks:

  • Responsible for end -- to -- end payroll processes (transaction processing, reconciliation and reporting)
  • Entering payroll data into HR systems, such as new hire's data, promotions, terminations, Time and Attendance, etc.
  • Responding to payroll queries from HR/employees/external auditors/vendor
  • Building close working relationship with the Total Rewards team, HR Strategic Business Partners and other strategic partners
  • Participating in improvement processes

Requirements:

  • 1 -- 2 years of experience in an international payroll (supporting UK/Ireland market would be a huge advantage)
  • Good understanding of payroll taxes and social security regulations
  • Fluent English language
  • Very good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
