HR & Payroll Specialist with English language

Main tasks:
- Responsible for end -- to -- end payroll processes (transaction processing, reconciliation and reporting)
- Entering payroll data into HR systems, such as new hire's data, promotions, terminations, Time and Attendance, etc.
- Responding to payroll queries from HR/employees/external auditors/vendor
- Building close working relationship with the Total Rewards team, HR Strategic Business Partners and other strategic partners
- Participating in improvement processes
Requirements:
- 1 -- 2 years of experience in an international payroll (supporting UK/Ireland market would be a huge advantage)
- Good understanding of payroll taxes and social security regulations
- Fluent English language
- Very good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
