The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: an International Operations Centre providing asset and fund services for locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

Within Transfer Agents Dealing Desk we're launching a new initiative in Warsaw. You can be part of this newly created multilingual team who will transfer new process to our Warsaw office. We are also looking for people who will join our existing teams and will support ongoing projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain new experience, expand your knowledge and skills in multinational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of the Transfer Agent orders
- Clearing and settlement of Institutional Funds
- Checking if incoming instructions are correct and complete
- Monitoring of pending trades
- Recognising risks, which can endanger the settlement in time
- Clarifying of discrepancies
- Ensuring that transactions comply with both external and internal policies
- Meeting relevant deadlines and other performances standards
- Keeping evidences in order to justify the actions taken
- Highlighting incidents and all control breakdowns to department management
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or similar is necessary
- Advanced English speaking and writing
- Advanced German speaking and writing
- Good Ms Office skills
- Knowledge of Investment Fund Industry and Securities Market will be an asset

- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
- Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
