Global Simulation Manager

Your role:

Your main mission is to develop necessary set of simulation capabilities and methodologies fulfilling the engineering strategic vision; secondly to deploy them cross regions insuring full alignment in simulation process. As Global Simulation Manager you will:

• Keep all regions aligned in simulation capability and build up necessary capacity (headcount, hardware, automatization of processes, etc.) to fulfill the business requirement
  
• Drive the development of advanced simulation capabilities founded on multi-physics, implement the methodologies to execute and deploy among the simulation experts cross the globe
  
• Collaborate together with Engineering and Program Management leadership to embed simulation process within the product development process to achieve the engineering strategy.

Essential requirements:

• Electro-mechanical engineering degree and/or PhD in electro mechanical/material subjects
  
• From 10 to 15 years of experience with various simulation capabilities
  
• At least 3 years minimum experience in management of a team in international environment
  
• Fluent Business English
  
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes like injection molding, stamping, crimping, PCB assembly, mechanical product automatic assembly
  
• Strong knowledge of usual testing capabilities related to plastic, metal and electronic products
  
• Ability to set a strategic direction for the organization
  
• Ability to develop cost strategies and delivering on commitments
  
• Strong motivation, sense of urgency, high-level of energy and problem-solving skills
