Responsibilities:

  • internal organization support for Manager,
  • managing the calendar of the Manager,
  • logistics and meetings organization,
  • preparing reports and presentations,
  • translations documents.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German is a MUST,
  • Good English,
  • Very good computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel and Word),
  • Ability to work in complex organizations and multicultural environment,
  • multi-tasking and prioritizing.
