Duties:
- Handle incoming customers' requests and questions
- Meet the Client's needs and expectations
- Answer clients' questions and place service orders into the system
- Introduce customers with product and service offers
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian and communicative English is a must
- Strong sense of Service / Customer Focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
