Responsibilities:
- phone and e-mail contact with Italian clients,
- booking of invoices and other financial documents,
- providing customer support in problem-solving process,
- helping to run support services for our team.
Requirements:
- fluent Italian and communicative English,
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit,
- ability to work full-time.
