Duties:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to executives,
- Checking the correctness of invoices,
- Contacting foreign clients via telephone and mail,
- Preparing documents and correspondence according to company guidelines,
- Research and gather information from identified sources.

Requirements:
- Very good command of Italian and good command of English,
- MS Office knowledge will be an asset,
- The effectiveness and consistency in action,
- Ability to build and to maintain good working relationships with clients and staff,
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
