SAP HCM Specialist

• Administrating and supervising SAP-based platform (SuccessFactors, SAP payroll, WFS) configuration in order to maintain consistency and effectiveness of operations
• Delivering second-line support for users via detecting and resolving problems or handing it over to external vendor
• Managing IT documentation related to SAP system and related operations
• Monitoring operations as well as emerging needs and possibilities related to SAP
• Collaborating with business users to recognize their needs
• Preparing and collecting specifications related to assigned projects
• Coordinating all phases concerning implementing development works related to SAP, including activities of vendors involved
• Coordinating maintenance and development tasks across several IT Testing delivered solutions and gives feedback to contractors

• Experience in similar area
• Advanced knowledge of SAP HR module
• Basic SAP Payroll configuration and analysis skills (advanced will be really welcome)
• Basic knowledge of labor law regulations (e.g. personal data)
• Experience in working with complex and integrated systems
• SQL skills with good understanding of DBMS's
• Knowledge and experience in programming language ABAP and BASIC
• English -advanced
• University degree (IT or related)
• SAP HR certification would be desired
• Client orientation and problem solving skills
