Senior C&B Specialist

Essential duties and responsibilities

1. Liaises with the corporate C&B department to gather the required information, streamline processes for efficiency and cooperate with the local team
   
2. Develops, implements and maintenances the C&B policies and other group of HR policies
   
3. Monitors, approves and controls the payroll processing
   
4. Drives annual compensation processes
   
5. Job evaluation
   
6. Conducts ongoing research into emerging trends
   
7. Ensures that compensation practices are compliance with current legislation
   
8. Manages the efficiency of remuneration management processes in the organization
   
9. Defines a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package
   
10. Participants in negotiations with potential service providers
    
11. Cooperates with tax advisor 
    
12. Participates in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
    

Key requirements

1. University degree – Higher
   
2. Prior working experience - 4 years of work in HR in an international company including min. 2 years as C&B specialist
   
3. Strong learning ability and leadership on compensation & benefits
   
4. Strong analytical and problem solving ability
   
5. Result driven, open- minded
   
6. Autonomous & pro-active
   
7. Very good Polish & English
   
8. Excellent in excel
   
9. Very communicative
