Customer Advisor with Dutch or Danish

DUTIES:
- Answering incoming phone calls and e-mail correspondence,
- Answering client questions and processing customer orders
- Serve as front line resource and coordinator for new clients, inquiries, etc.
- Entering invoices into the system,
- Supporting the team in procurement area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Dutch or Danish and intermediate English,
- Commitment to providing excellent service,
- Organisational skills,
- Ability to work full-time,
- Excellent communication skills.
