.NET Developer

This role is within the products team and the brief of the department is to work with the users to design the control processes for all products, and to deliver solutions as well as support our legacy systems.
DUTIES:
- Hands-on programming development and software delivery.
- Ensuring coding best practice, discipline and test/deployment automation within the team.
- Design and delivery of in-house software solutions, with a focus on high-quality systems
- Support of user and system issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced C# .Net developer
- Expert practitioner of Test-Driven Development, agile methodologies and associated tools/technologies
- Works well in a Front-Office or similar delivery-oriented environment and delivery in a changing fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationship skills and strong team player.
- Strong understanding and preference for Agile delivery processes, and experience within high performing agile development teams.
