DUTIES:
- answering calls and messages from Hebrew-speaking clients,
- preparing daily and weekly raports,
- answering clients inquaries concerning problems with invoices, payments,
- cooperate with other departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- fluent Hebrew and communicative English,
- very good communication skills,
- detail oriented work attitude and reliable team player,
- good knowledge of MS package, especially Excel.
