IS Infrastructure SME / Specialist (Factory IT)

Tasks:

• Provide front line IT support to ABB clients;
  
• Solve software/hardware problems;
  
• Provide production computers and application support;
  
• Provide barcode printers and scanners support;
  
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity and end-user computing problems
  

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in informatics;
  
• 3-year experience in supporting users with software/hardware problems;
  
• Knowledge and experience in 150+ users environment;
  
• Good command of English;
  
• Good knowledge of MS Windows 7 / Windows 10 / Office365 / MS Windows Server / PowerShell;
  
• Driving license, cat. B
  
• General IT understanding and a will to expand this knowledge;
  
• Open-minded personality and positive attitude;
  
• A team player open for challenges and skills development.
