Customer Specialist with fluent German, French, Italian or Spanish

Key responsibilities:

• Providing effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
• Responding to queries and solving problems related to Purchase Orders (getting authorizations, performing changes in the system, informing parties involved)
• Contacting clients and suppliers to solve overdue deliveries (finding new delivery date)
• Maintaining high quality of reports

Requirements:

• Fluent English and other language: German, French, Italian or Spanish
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong willingness to learn and face new challenges
• Customer orientation
• Ability to work in fast changing environment
• Team player
• Experience in Sourcing and Procurement would be an asset
