On behalf of our client, an international company providing payment solutions, we are looking for a E-commerce Specialist with German to join the Shared Service Centre placed in the heart of Warsaw.
E-commerce Specialist will provide telephone and email support for new and existing customers with a high focus on ensuring a resolution and providing a timely response to their inquiries What is more, the successful candidate will participate and cooperate in projects supporting the head of the team and will gain the an excellent knowledge of products and services that are offered to the Clients.
We are looking for candidates with Bachelor’s degree and customer service experience (preferably in the payment industry). From potential candidates we expect organizational and conceptual skills as well as a strong client focus. Very good written and verbal communication skills in German are required (English and Polish knowledge is a must). Moreover, candidates ought to have a knowledge of Microsoft products.
