REQUIREMENTS - MUST HAVE:
- Being a person that is active with a client, collaborates well, can advise and looks for interesting solutions.
- Discussing clients’ needs and demands, making those possible to achieve, creating early-staged satisfying products (MVP) and making sure that time predictions created by our workers are correct.
- Efficiency in managing a few projects and priorities with the ability to see and understand the bigger picture.
- Nice to have an experience in working with remote teams.
- Nice to have is to show track record of improving development processes in projects.
- You are a team player and care deeply about helping those around you.
- Experience in leading software projects and execution skills.
REQUIREMENTS - NICE TO HAVE:
- Being ready to explore SCRUM or Agile methodology and tools (possible certification included).
- Experience with a management background in a fast-paced, agile projects/products.
- Nice to have a previous experience as a software developer/tester/scrum master/team leader.
- Someone who is still willing to roll up their sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
