Chief Accountant (Real Estate)

For our client, investment Real Estate company we are looking for candidates on the position of Chief Accountant. Salary range for this position is 10.000 -- 15.000 PLN gross base salary depending on candidate's experience.

Opis Stanowiska * Active supporting process of establishment of the accounting department * Active supporting process implemented an ERP and accounting system * Managing accounts in compliance with international and Polish accounting standards * Providing efficient and compliant accounting documents workflow * Developing and communicating relevant procedures with finance teams * Preparation of tax & statistical declarations * Preparation of finance statements * Preparation of transfer pricing documentation * Performing monthly and quarterly financial reporting * Issuing invoices * Payments processing * Assisting in reconciliation of financial data between reporting systems * Support other team members on an ad-hoc basis * Identify potential process improvements * Understanding business issues and ensure a very high level of accuracy and timeliness of all reporting in an efficient manner. * Working on a daily basis with Chief Financial Officer * Any other task related to accountant analyst daily work Wymagania * Experience as Chief Accountant preferably in Real Estate; * University / postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; * At least communicative / advanced in English * Sound knowledge of Polish accounting standards * Experience in working with international capital * Experience in taking over external documentation into internal structures * Experience in all-round accountancy (retail, warehouses, shops, restaurants, parent company accounting) * Previous experience in balance sheets, cashflows for the parent company in capital group) * Big investment projects settlement experience * Tax optimizations experience Oferujemy * Opportunity to grow with the company and build accounting team in the near future * An interesting job in a dynamic environment * Exposure to senior level executives Lokalizacja Warszawa Sławomir Kołodziejski
